About Aditya
I have spent the last decade buying, renovating, developing, and selling property in Los Angeles — not as a bystander, but as the person holding the permit, managing the trades, controlling the budget, and making the calls when things go sideways.

Permit to finished, staged ground-up new construction
I have completed more than 15 renovations and participated in 17+ property transactions across the Los Angeles market. I have managed general contracting, subcontractor coordination, design, permitting, scheduling, and final sale — across kitchens, bathrooms, full gut renovations, ADUs, and ground-up new construction.
One of my most distinctive projects: a primary residence built to passive house performance standards — superior insulation, airtight construction, whole-home ventilation, and dramatically reduced utility costs. Most LA contractors have never built anything like it. That level of thinking carries into every project I advise on.
What I actually know
- How to evaluate a deal before you buy — not after you’re stuck with it
- Where renovation budgets actually get destroyed and how to prevent it
- How to manage contractors without getting taken advantage of
- What LA permitting actually requires and how long it really takes
- How to build or renovate for maximum rental income, resale value, or personal comfort
- What high-performance construction means and why it matters for utility bills and indoor air quality
- How to run a short-term rental or furnished ADU as a real income-producing asset
- How to finish ground-up new construction on time — including a 7-month permit-to-staged delivery
How I work
I have a computer science degree, an accounting minor, and years of experience in marketing and business development. When I look at your renovation, I think about cost control, value creation, and return on investment — not just finishes.
“Your way of thinking — the way you handle complicated building concepts, materials, design, and cost control — is loaded with intelligence.”
